What are the causes of Obesity?
The Healthhonics website shows us the different causes of obesity. It shows us two different types of causes including dietary and non-dietary causes.
Dietary Causes:

Eating a large amount of Junk Food Instead of Healthy Food

Eating a lot of Processed Food instead of including Home Cooked Food in your diet

Drinking sugary and sweet drinks that are cold every day in large amounts

Eating things that have soya beans in it all the time (Obesogens)

Not enough fibre in the food you are eating

Eating fruit and vegetables and not washing your hands and the fruit/vegetables before which causes pesticides to go into our stomach

Having too much vegetable oil in our foods because they have a high amount of fatty acids
Non-dietary Causes:

Lack of exercise with a lazy lifestyle

Not enough sleep or too much sleep

Anxiety or depression

Not enough sunlight or foods that have Vitamin D in them
